The Throne Is Not Empty

Revelation 4

Today I ate the Word from Revelation 4. I was sitting in the living room at home as I ate the Scriptures. What stayed with me is the picture of the throne. Everything in heaven seems to revolve around the One seated on it, and the four living creatures and the elders keep worshipping Him. It reminded me again that Jesus is Lord. He is on the throne. And that same Jesus should be on the throne of my heart too. When I’m going through pain and things I don’t understand, this gives me so much comfort. I may not know what’s happening, but I know Who is on the throne. Abbah, help me surrender, trust and worship You even here. You are worthy... You are enough! Precious Holy Spirit, make me more like Jesus every day. Bless the readers as well.
