This morning I ate the word from Philippians 4: 1-9 and it strengthened me in the Lord.

First of all, I felt so loved when I read these parts of Paul's letter... Haha...😄

He calls me "My sister", "Whom I love and Long for", "my Joy and crown" !! Wow. What a privilege it is to know that I'm so loved by not just the Lord - but by all the saints and the angels as well! It makes me so Joyful.

Then the latter part of my meditation was filled with a reminder to REJOICE ALWAYS. and also, a reminder to not be anxious at all. I was reminded that I should be presenting my requests to God, my king - by prayer, petition and thanksgiving. And I did exactly the same. (That prayer even led to speaking in tongues which edified me). I was especially blessed to read and understand an important filter that should be there for all my thoughts. When I think about anything I should now filter....

Is it true? Is it noble? Is it right? Is it pure? Is it lovely? Is it admirable? Is it excellent or praiseworthy?

Precious Holy Spirit, please help me to live a life that's worthy of the love you have loved me with by seeking wisdom from your word & Please help the readers to be blessed by this Selah.

In Jesus' name, Amen.
