Dear Holy Spirit,
I can't believe that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Gideon, Ruth, Elijah and all of them are watching me right now... and even more unbelievable that they're actually cheering for me!
I'm pulled down by a lot of weight today, and of course, there's sin clinging close to me which is separating me from you and slowing me down. But I choose to shake off all those things just like Jesus refused to hold on to anything other than the Father's will. Give me endurance Lord and help me run this race.
Jesus, you started me on this race, and you will make my faith perfect one day, although that's difficult to believe right now. Thank you Jesus for considering me as a part of the "joy set before you" and for enduring the cross for my sake too. Thank you for thinking of me when you were on that cross.
Even as you're on the throne right now, you're still thinking of me and interceding for me with the Father.
Thank you Father for walking with me through all I go through, and for not being distant. ♡
Your quiet time isn't just for you.
