Revelation 3: 1-6
Today I ate the word from Revelation 3: 1-6. Slow digestion of scripture is happening and today I learnt about the seventh promise for the victorious one. Our beloved Jesus promises that if I'm victorious I'll stand before him in white dress and he'll acknowledge my name in front of the Father and all his angels. It makes me happy. Soo comforting! What a glorious day that will be! My sorrow will turn into joy! I will rejoice and sing with all creation. Hallelujah!! Also, Jesus asks me to not be dead in my spirit, but renew my mind and not get soil on my dress, as he addressed the Church is Sardis. "Remember therefore, what you have recieved and heard; hold it fast, and repent" (verse 3). Yes Abba, help me to do your will.
Precious Holy spirit, my friend, I can't wait for the day I meet our beloved Jesus face-to-face. I'm forgetting all this pain when I'm remembering the day I'll be dressed in white before the King of the universe and my name acknowledged by all the angels and Father himself. Help Lord, please help. Help me not to get soil on my dress. Help me to remember and hold fast to your word. I'm just a nobody, thanks for loving me and loving me and loving me and making me feel loved everyday. Oh Jesus, I know you were a man of sorrows (isiah 53:3), thankyou. help me to rejoice in you and share in your peace. How great is your love father God. Help me to love you by obeying your commandments. You're the sovereign God, My Lord and Friend. I need your grace and blessings today. Make me more like Jesus. Please bless the readers as well.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
Your quiet time isn't just for you.
