Romans 1:16 - “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes…”

My beloved brothers and sisters, Romans 1:16 reminds us of the power of the Gospel. Paul was not ashamed of Christ because he understood that the Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. It is not merely a message but it is the power of God for salvation, transforming lives and bringing us into a right relationship with Him.

But let us honestly ask ourselves..

Are we truly following Jesus Christ? What have I done for Christ?

The world can easily distract us and pull us away from God. Yet there are countless souls who need to hear the Gospel. And we have been entrusted with the responsibility of making Christ known. We cannot allow fear, shame, rejection, or worldly desires to silence us.

I say this with deep love: if you feel far from God, please stop and turn your eyes toward Christ. Your soul is precious. Jesus died on the cross for our sins and offers forgiveness and salvation.

If you have never truly known Him, cry out to Him: “Lord Jesus, speak to my heart. Help me know Your truth, receive Your salvation, and live as a witness of Your Gospel. Let me know Your love. Make me a servant who longs to see others come to You.”

Jesus said, “You are the light of the world.” That light must shine. The Gospel should not remain hidden within us; it should be proclaimed through our words and reflected through our lives.

If we truly believe, our lives should show it.

Let us not only speak about Christ but let Christ be seen through us. Let us not seek to be known but let us make Christ known. Let us not be ashamed of the Gospel but let us boldly carry it to the world.

We must continually feed our spiritual lives with God's Word and the truth of the Gospel. Let us look at Jesus and focus on His character, His obedience, His humility, and His love and learn to walk faithfully as He did.

The Gospel changed us. Now let us allow God to use us so that others may hear it, believe it, and be changed by Christ.

Precious Holy Spirit, give us boldness to stand firm, wisdom to share the Gospel, strength to take up our cross daily, and a heart that longs to see souls come to Jesus. Help us remain faithful until the end. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God bless you all...
