The answer to the question 'Who can condemn us?' points us back to His expression of love. Jesus, the son of God came down to the earth, gave His life on the cross, bore our sin and punishment on his shoulders, rose from the dead and is now seated on the right hand of God. If He has justified us and redeemed us by His blood, who can then condemn us.

The writer also expresses the love of God by emphasising on the fact that no power or ruler, height or depth, principalities, sword, famine or nakedness can ever seperate us from the love of God. It is divine, eternal and unconditional. No situation cannot diminish His love for us.

As Christians, we will face persecution but the writer expresses the fact that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. This gives us hope to endure and continue our journey here on earth.

His love for his children can never be measured. It is beyond limits and is not dependent on any factor. It is a divine love that emerges from within the heart of God.
