A Christovert goes where Jesus Sends

This evening I ate the Word from Mark 5 & 6.

You know what.... finally, I’m with my family and we shared a joyful time of fellowship, had good food (I love the small details😁) and I could also share about being a Christovert and how the precious Holy Spirit is transforming us into the image of our beloved Jesus. I know I'm not yet there, but it makes me so joyful when I think about what he's doing in me!❤️

When I read Mark 5, I understood that Jesus has authority over EVERY KIND of brokenness! The demon-possessed man, the woman who suffered for years, Jairus’ daughter... nothing was too difficult for Jesus. And I love how Jesus noticed the woman who touched Him in the crowd. That must be super cool! Jesus sees people others overlook. As I become a Christovert, I want to see people like Jesus does.

From Mark 6, I’m reminded that a Christovert is not only someone who becomes like Christ, but also someone who goes where He sends them (ouch, that hurts). And the five loaves and two fish reminded me that what seems little in my hands can be much in His hands... Yay!!

And I was amazed that Jesus was amazed at their unbelief! We also see Him being amazed at people’s faith. What would Jesus be amazed by when He sees my faith?

Precious Holy Spirit, please make me more like Jesus... a little more than yesterday. Give me so much love for the people around me so that I'll go into their brokenness and declare your healing. May your presence in me overflow and reach those around me. Beloved Jesus, Oh, How I love you! Can you please increase love in me?
